Can I use corner box filter in my aquarium
l bought a corner box filter for my aquarium because l could not afford the
expensive canister filters or internal filters.Is a corner filter okay for
a 16 gallon (60 liter aquarium).l have white stones as substrate and 5
medium- sized fishes.

It will work but clean the filter as and when dirt gathers
there.
Take it out & wash it with plain water throughly.
Put it back in place.
You may use any filter but one has to change the water at one point of
time or other to keep it clean.
Any filter is better than nothing.
The amount of filtering you need depends on the amount of fish, not just
the tank size. So the small filter can support a small number of fish,
even in a large tank.

60 litre tank is not that big, so you could hve a box filter.
